A MR-file analyser

Introduction

MrGrid is a program to count surface areas using statistical methods. It takes MR-images and color-converts them from 12bit gray-scale to a HSV-cone section. The cone-section can be adjusted with plenty controls.

DOS version

A DOS version of the MrGrid program is not available (it uses QT, and that is not free for Windows). However, a converter program, bmp, was the original implementation. The bmp program converts MR images into *.bmp files (standard windows bitmaps) and can be used to make the color-conversion.
The bmp program version 2.0.1 is available here. It compiles with Borland's free command-line compiler and utilities. See Borland's site for information on obtaining the compiler.
