These are projector error measurements that were generated with moire interference.
The projector projects a grating on top of another grating,which is then measured
by a simple camera setup.
The projector has a grating of 3.281 lp/mm (12 mil/lp) whcih are projected on
2.812 lp/mm (14 mil/lp) in approx. best focus.
